The Chakras

The Chakras are the seven main energy centres of the body, pertaining to the seven bodies of man and seven planes of existence, and are the zones where energy known as vitality is most strongly absorbed in the physical plane.

These zones are circular impressions, perpetually rotating on the ethereal double and vary in size and vibrancy between each individual. A highly developed, ‘self-actualised' individual would demonstrate large chakras which emanate a strong vibrant glow, whereas an individual who denies or has not yet embarked upon development, who lacks connections to their universe, would hold small chakras which only faintly glow.

These areas are in a constant state of energy flow, with energy flowing in and up to become part of the coiling energy that moves throughout each chakra and the body. Thus, to find a blockage or an overactive chakra can disturb the natural energy flow and can result in emotional/ mental/ physical/ social/ spiritual difficulty.
